What we collect and why. The details you put in the enquiry form, so we can reply, quote and book the work. If we work on your car, your contact details, the car's details, the work done and payment records, because the law requires us to keep business and tax records. We do not send marketing and do not hold card details.
Who sees it. We never sell it. Enquiries are stored in a Google spreadsheet, the site is hosted by Lovable, and replies go by phone, WhatsApp or email. We share details with our accountant, insurer or the authorities only where the law requires.
How long we keep it. Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years. Job and invoice records: 6 years, as HMRC requires.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies. This website does not use cookies or tracking.
